A short meditation exercise for grounding followed by a mixture of therapeutic dowsing, crystal therapy and reiki to scan and clear the blockages and let the energy free flow at the all levels from physical to emotional and mental body. The session will ground you, clean and align the chakras, and aura and move the physical, emotional and mental blockages in the physical body This will open the door on to relaxation, presence and activation of your inner healing mechanisms. After session we will have a conversation about what was felt on both sides during the session and if needed an action plan will be put in place. Where?
