Healing is supported by compassion. Compassion for fear, anger and avoidance. For love and joy. For what seems good or bad and might not be absolute good or bad. Compassion for what one can or cannot do at a point. Beyond truth that also is not absolute. Compassion for the stage of the journey and joy and transformation through it. I tried many ways in my healing journey to deal with difficult moments, but not so much compassion- and it seems right now to be the most efficient.
